More than counselling: We embed trauma-informed wellbeing clinics inside schools. Beyond therapy, we conduct home assessments to understand context and connect families to basic needs support, upskilling programs, and relevant referrals.
Why schools: Trauma disrupts attention, memory, and behaviour - all of which stop learning and strain the whole school environment. Our services help students safely process trauma and rebuild regulation so they can learn again. As learners thrive academically, school climate improves and credibility strengthens.
Support for teachers: Educators also access confidential counselling and rapid consults through our on-site team.
Customizable approach: Our model adapts to each campus.
The standard SOULBRIDGE MODEL includes 2 Child & Youth Care Workers for on-demand support, 1 Counsellor offering counselling to students and staff, and 1 Wellbeing Officer who partners with families and coordinates home-based support.
We are proud to be the bridge within our ecosystem - connecting learners, families, educators, and community services so every child can thrive.
In partner schools, we’ve increased parent involvement, smoothed daily operations, and helped raise pass rates.
